Members operate independently and are responsible for their own decisions, expenses, taxes, and business activities.
AMA-GI provides wellness products, wellness technologies, educational materials, digital services, and business opportunities.
The Company may improve, modify, replace, discontinue, or update products, services, packaging, pricing, features, or promotions at any time to better serve its Members.
AMA-GI promotes wellness and healthy living.
Our products and technologies are intended to support general wellness and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Unless specifically approved by the appropriate regulatory authority, AMA-GI products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Members agree to:
Conduct business honestly and professionally.
Treat customers and fellow Members with respect.
Represent AMA-GI truthfully.
Follow all Company policies.
Protect the reputation of AMA-GI.
Keep account information accurate and updated.
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
Members shall not make misleading product claims, medical claims, or income claims.
For the protection of everyone, Members shall not:
Create unauthorized multiple accounts.
Use false identities or inaccurate information.
Commit fraud or deceptive practices.
Manipulate bonuses or the compensation plan.
Engage in illegal activities.
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or system.
Upload harmful software or malicious code.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other Members.
Use AMA-GI trademarks without permission.
Register websites, domains, or social media accounts that may confuse or misrepresent AMA-GI.
Damage the Company's reputation through false or malicious statements.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Members are responsible for protecting their:
Username
Password
Security Password
Please do not share your login credentials.
Any activity performed using your account is considered authorized unless you notify AMA-GI immediately of unauthorized access.
AMA-GI may provide digital wallet features including:
Commission Wallet
Product Wallet
Registration Wallet
Withdrawal Wallet
Wallet balances:
Are not bank accounts.
Are not investment accounts.
Do not earn interest.
May only be used according to AMA-GI policies.
AMA-GI reserves the right to investigate, adjust, reverse, or suspend transactions resulting from fraud, technical errors, unauthorized access, or policy violations.
Bonuses and commissions are calculated according to the official AMA-GI Compensation Plan.
AMA-GI reserves the right to:

All trademarks, logos, software, product names, graphics, documents, videos, training materials, website content, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of AMA-GI.
They may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.
AMA-GI respects your privacy.
Personal information is collected and processed only as necessary to provide our services and is handled in accordance with the AMA-GI Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Illegal activity
Policy violations
Compensation plan abuse

Activities that may harm AMA-GI or its Members
Where appropriate, AMA-GI may investigate concerns before taking action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AMA-GI shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website, products, services, or business platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
AMA-GI shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, pandemics, internet outages, cyberattacks, power failures, or similar events.
AMA-GI may update these Terms and Conditions, Company Policies, Compensation Plan, or operational procedures from time to time.
The latest version published on the official AMA-GI platform shall apply.
Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
AMA-GI believes in resolving concerns fairly and respectfully.
Members agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication with the Company before pursuing other legal remedies, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the AMA-GI Privacy Policy, Compensation Plan, Refund Policy, Code of Ethics, and other official Company policies, constitute the complete agreement between AMA-GI and its Members.
